Return and Exchange Policy
If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a return. OptiLingo will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, altered or shows excessive use.
To request a return, you may contact us via our website (https://www.optilingo.com/contact). Please provide a summary of your purchase date, mailing address and reason why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs (if applicable) are not refundable.
If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
